

The Schoolwear Clothes Closet Grant™ program including QwikPak.com (herein after “SCCG”) is operated, owned, and managed by Infogen®, 16060 Ventura Boulevard, #221, Encino, CA 91436. Infogen® is the sole responsible party for all fulfillment and performance for SCCG. No other entity may be held liable or responsible for SCCG. SCCG is not a contest or sweepstake. The School (herein after “School”) applying for a grant with this website will use good faith and legal procedures to participate in the SCCG. Schoolwear items are rewarded and are in exchange for the School’s performance of sharing approved informational messages with families based on methods and formulas listed on this website. All Schools that use these materials, authorize the retail company and the associated brand(s) on this website as approved dress code suppliers, and share this website messaging with its student’s families are eligible. Only one Schoolwear Clothes Closet Grant™ of up to the stated maximum on the official grant application made be issued to a participating School per annual academic year as listed on their School’s official calendar. If multiple schools are collocated on the same physical campus, then only one grant will be made available for all of the schools at the entire campus. Items to be supplied may be nationally famous brands and of similar or better quality then of those item shown herein or as linked to affiliated websites. Item quantities are limited so schools should act quickly to assure they might participate. The SCCG may be modified or withdrawn by Infogen® at any time without cause. In the event of any dispute Infogen’s total liability to the School will be no greater than the number of items for which the School qualified. Infogen®, it’s retail partners, associated brands, and manufacturers are indemnified by the School in the event of misuse of distribution methods and content created by the School. Infogen® has the right to demand that messages it deems inappropriate must be removed or delisted and the School must comply. The School must follow all appropriate laws, rules, and regulations in communicating these messages. Disputes are to be resolved in accordance to the laws of the State of California by the rules of and through the American Arbitration Association in the County of Los Angeles.
